Acceptance Testing

User acceptance testing is a critical contractual aspect of a system delivery independently of whether the buyer is a state organization or a business. Accepting a system contractually that is not yet at the right quality can be very expensive. Our goal is that the system our clients have ordered should be of high quality when finally delivered and that bugs should be fixed as part of the delivery contract and not as part of the maintenance contract.

Very often clients do not have the expertise to run a thorough acceptance test and thus runs tests designed by the software supplier essentially asking the supplier to contractually accept his own delivery.
