We work in an international environment with international clients meaning that most of our consultants have to travel at one time or another. We do realize, as we have been through this experience ourselves, that not all consultants are free to travel all the time. We go through different phases of life and during some of those phases we are more free to travel than others. We try to take this into account when planning individual work assignments.

We encourage education and try to arrange flexible work schedules for our consultants that have ongoing university studies.
